Do I need to get insurance?
No we have Public liability insurance, the venue may want details which we can happily give.
Are your items PAT tested?
How do the items get delivered and set up?
We will deliver and set everything up, just let us know where you would like the items or let your party planner know.
Do the letters and numbers need electrical points?
No all the letters and numbers are battery powered and will last the duration of your party
Do we need to clean the floor after use?
No.. we will deliver and collect the floor, at each visit we will clean the floor
I’m having my party in a marquee can I have the dancefloor?
This is an option however please let us know in advance as there are a number of factors that we need to cover ie: Uneven surfaces, electrical points and weather
Can we have the dancefloor in a house?
Yes you can, however we will need to discuss sizing and access, we have completed many parties within homes.
Can we have confetti on the dancefloor?
No. Please refrain from using confetti on the dancefloor, this can cause the floor to fuse if confetti gets between the panels.
Can we drink on the dancefloor?
In an ideal world we would say no, However during a party your guests are going to drink, if you do notice a large spillage please clean it up as soon as possible.
